We highlight the call for entries for the 22nd edition of the Giacomo Matteotti Award, announced by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Il Premio viene assegnato ad opere che illustrano gli ideali che hanno ispirato la vita di Giacomo Matteotti, nonché la storia italiana ed europea compresa nel periodo tra la Prima guerra mondiale e la fine del fascismo e si articola in tre sezioni:
- Essays
- Literary and theatrical works
- Degree thesis
The award ceremony will take place in Rome on 23 October 2026. The winning works will be acquired in both print and digital formats for the library collection of the Chigiana Library at the Government headquarters.
Deadline and information
Applications can be submitted until 30 April 2026.
