Extension of deadlines – Notice for the certification of economic operators qualified for cooperation with the I.PaC Infrastructure of the Ecomic digital ecosystem for culture

Publication date: 1/07/2026

Last updated: 1/07/2026

The Notice introduces an extension of the deadline for the start of the review process, which is extended from 30 to 60 days from the publication of the Notice; the final deadline for submitting applications to be included in the first List of Qualified Technology Partners has been postponed to July 19, 2026.

As a result of this extension, the publication schedule has also been updated: the first List of Qualified Technology Partners will be published by the end of December, rather than in November.

The framework of the Notice remains unchanged, addressed to economic operators possessing suitable technological solutions, including following any adaptation measures, capable of ensuring interoperability and compatibility with the I.PaC infrastructure.

Qualification allows operators to certify the compliance of their solutions with I.PaC's interoperability requirements and to present their products and services as already equipped for integration, facilitating their adoption by public and private entities.

The initiative contributes to the growth of the Ecomic digital ecosystem for culture, strengthening collaboration between public and private stakeholders.
